Well so far I have lost about 5 pounds, if I can keep that up every month I will definitely reach my goal by June but I have to say eating chicken breasts and green beans...bleh!
Week 5-
Monday-Insanity Cardio
Tuesday-P90 Shoulders and Arms
Wednesday- Off
Thursday- P90 Legs and Back
Friday- Core
Saturday- Off
No Bikram last week...boo to me
Now I need to make up for it this week let's hope it's not too rough after missing 2 weeks
