Up Up Update

I haven't weighed myself in a week so I have no idea if I have lost any weight from a week ago and I don't really notice a change in the fit of my clothes so I doubt it. I am still trying to cut back as much as I can on carbs and I haven't had pop since early January....go me!!! Nothing but water since, I don't even miss it anymore. Now if only I could stop eating chocolate all together...psh yeah right!

Week 6:
Monday- Insanity Plyo
Tuesday-P90 Shoulders and Arms +Ab Ripper
Wednesday- Bikram
Thursday- Off
Friday- Core
Saturday-P90 Legs and Back +Ab Ripper
