I am still here

Another week and not much going on with the weight loss unfortunately, last week was a lazy one compared to other weeks here's hoping I get things going again this week...so far so good!

Week 8:

Monday-Off(lazy day for the whole family)
Tuesday- Insanity Cardio\
Wednesday- Bikram
Thursday- Off...yeah not feeling it
Friday- Insanity plyo
Saturday-Nada

Like I said lazy week but I had a great workout today with P90x Legs and Back that will get you sweating in no time!
I must say I am concerned a little over 3 months until the trip and only about 6-7 pounds lost...gulp...I still need to lose around 20! Get it done Erin!

Here is a picture from today, it's about a month and half into my journey. June is coming quickly!



Darrin and I finally buckled down and did measurements Monday I have nothing to base this off of before I got back on the workout train but here they are in inches...

Arms:
Right-11 Left- 11

Waist- 35 1/2

Hips- 37 1/2

Thighs:
Right- 20 Left- 20 3/4

I'm putting the measurements out there....le yipe!

Up Up Update

I haven't weighed myself in a week so I have no idea if I have lost any weight from a week ago and I don't really notice a change in the fit of my clothes so I doubt it. I am still trying to cut back as much as I can on carbs and I haven't had pop since early January....go me!!! Nothing but water since, I don't even miss it anymore. Now if only I could stop eating chocolate all together...psh yeah right!

Week 6:

Thursday- Off
Friday- Core

Moving on

Well so far I have lost about 5 pounds, if I can keep that up every month I will definitely reach my goal by June but I have to say eating chicken breasts and green beans...bleh!

Week 5-

Thursday- P90 Legs and Back

No Bikram last week...boo to me

Now I need to make up for it this week let's hope it's not too rough after missing 2 weeks
