I am at the 150 mark....I can't wait to get back to the 140's this coming month. I am glad that the weight is starting to come off more regularly. I have lost about 11 pounds in 2 1/2 months. I would love to lose at least another 11 but I am shooting for 14-15.

Tuesday-Shoulders and Arms
Wednesday-P90x Cardio
Thursday-Core
Friday- Legs and Back
Saturday-Off
